Terms of Service – Anantys

1. Purpose

The ToS govern the access and use of the Service by any user, whether registered or a simple visitor to the site.

2. Access to the Service

Full access to the Anantys application requires the creation of a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Use of the Service

The user agrees to:

• Use Anantys in accordance with current legislation.
• Not attempt to fraudulently access the data of other users.
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Description of the Service

Anantys offers an investment tracking tool that allows for:

• Multi-portfolio tracking,
• Allocation analysis,
• Behavioral indicators and discipline alerts,
• AI features for users on the Expert plan.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Anantys is not a licensed financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

5. Responsibilities

Anantys implements all necessary measures to ensure the availability and security of the Service. However, Anantys cannot be held responsible for:

• Temporary interruptions of the Service,
• Improper use by the user,
• Investment decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All components of the Service (code, interface, design, content) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Anantys SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Personal Data Protection

The use of the Service involves the collection and processing of personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

8. Termination

Users can delete their account at any time from the application. In the event of a serious breach of the ToS, Anantys reserves the right to suspend or delete an account.

9. Changes to the ToS

Anantys reserves the right to modify these ToS. Users will be notified of any major changes by email or notification within the application.

10. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
